Meetings

The next Meeting is on February 5th, 2018. We will be back at our regular location, NH Institute of Art, 148 Concord St. Manchester NH. The meeting takes place from 7pm to 9pm with the board meeting at 6pm.

Meetings are open to the public and are held September through June, usually on the first Monday of the month, with the exception of the meeting in September due to the Labor Day Holiday.

Artist demonstrations are the meeting’s main focus, but there is always time for socializing and sharing information. There is also voting for “Artists of the Month” to determine which artists will have the opportunity to hang their artwork at one of several locations throughout the city.

Snacks and drinks are provided at each meeting by assigned fellow members.

  1. Not sure if and when I can attend meetings. Am a recent member at the Currier. Nevertheless, might like to send membership fee. Sold a couple of paintings at the now closed Hatfield’s in Manchester. One an oil of a bullfighter in oil on a ceramic tile called “A Dying Art” and a watercolor with ink of 2 Asian elephants. Briefly at E. W. Poore July 2013 with 4 oils, “River Styx”, “Hampton Before Man”. Just Plain France, actually wrong name, and “Ghostly Schooner”. A commission in oil of a prize dog will remain private, also in oils.
